Our friends at Method Roasters up the road provide our House Blend carefully sourcing the best quality beans from around the globe. Working with specialist farms and co-operatives in the most socially responsible way they can, they’re helping to build a more sustainable industry.

Dairy

It’s not just the perfect bean that makes the perfect coffee the milk is so important which is why we use Mawley Milk Town Farm. They home breed the cattle, grow their feed direct on the farm & provide their own energy through renewable sources.

Meat

When choosing our butcher it was easy. Mark at Knightwick works alongside his Father, John in the family run business. They are passionate about sourcing the best quality meat, that has been reared responsibly and ethically. They believe stress-free, happy animals that have lived their best life make for the best-tasting meat, that’s why animal welfare is always a priority.
